Due to issues regarding confidentiality, it is a
rarity in the mental health field for one therapist
to have the chance to observe another while in
session. One of the very few exceptions is when
colleagues run groups together. Such was the
case when Dr. Becourtney co-facilitated anger
management groups with Gerald Opthof, a
licensed professional counselor, and with Frank
DeLuise, a former student assistance
counselor, special education supervisor, and
assistant principal at Northern Highlands
